This 1-day course will cover a variety of skills and principles used in climbing self-rescue. The course can be customized to climbers' interests and experience level, and may include ascending, rappelling, rescue knots, hauling, lowering and load transfers.

Climbers should be confident with anchor building and belaying

Climbers should have a padded, well-fitted harness in good condition
